Mrs. Moore will be collaborating with 1st grade in Art for our Christmas Around the World unit the next few weeks. In the classroom, we are finding countries on a map and the students get to add a stamp to their passport. In Art this week they are visiting Mexico and creating poinsettias. Mrs. Moore even incorporated literacy by reading The Legend of the Poinsettia by Tomie DePaolo!
